What to Expect.

I found even our first conversation SUPER valuable and found myself pulling from some of what we talked about with a client that same day.

  1. Complete Your Interest Form. Start thinking about your relationship with confidence as you fill in your interest form. Have questions? Ask them here. Once submitted, get ready to schedule your Interest Call.

  2. Interest Call. We’ll review your interest form then reach out to schedule your interest call. In the interest call, we’ll answer any questions you have (put them in your interest form!), share details about the program, and ensure we place you in the best cohort for you!

  3. Individual Mentoring Session #1. A laser-focused one-on-one with our body image confidence expert, Ashley Emmons. Leave your first mentoring session ready to start filling your confidence bank account.

  4. WORKSHOP #1 | Confidence Fingerprint. It’s hard to be confident when you don’t know what your confidence looks like. Develop your individual confidence fingerprint in this 2 hour workshop that blends instructional guidance with small group dynamics to create a uniquely impactful experience. Your fingerprint consists of your confidence bank account, your individual values around power and leadership, developing your “confidence filter,” visualization skills, and creating a regular practice that strengthens your confidence muscle.

  5. WORKSHOP #2 | Body Image Skills. When your client is expressing distress around their body and you don’t know how to respond, this can be a real barrier to deepening your relationship with them. In this 2 hour workshop, cohort participants will learn how to work with clients with body image distress through education, tangible techniques, vulnerable conversations, and new ways to approach body image topics. With your confidence fingerprint as your foundation, you’ll create a toolbox of activities, phrases, and other go-to’s for when you don’t know what to do.

  6. WORKSHOP #3 | Execution Workshop. Practice doesn’t make perfect. But it does give us information about what is working and what isn’t. Now that you have been practicing your confidence fingerprint in conjunction with your new body image skills for at least one month, connect with your cohort to fine tune your execution of concepts learned in the workshops so you can continue doing courageous body image work with your clients. Learn how to respond with confidence in the face of mistakes and old thought patterns.

  7. Individual Mentoring Session #2. Post Programming follow-up includes a one-on-one mentoring call with Ashley, where you’ll have a final opportunity to troubleshoot, fine tune, and celebrate your newfound confidence.

  8. Weekly support via chat group. Connect with peers and get support via Q&A when you run into confidence snags.

The intimacy of the group is something you will not get in most other places and is really worthwhile.” - R

“The small group created a sense of safety that we don’t get in other places. As therapists, this is the type of space we need! - S
